Welcome to MixtapePSD.com — the premier platform for DJs to promote and sell their exclusive blends, remixes, and party mixtapes. Before submitting your work, please carefully review the following terms and agreement.

🧾 Vendor Requirements

• Membership Required:
  All DJs must first register by purchasing a vendor membership to sell mixtapes on the platform.
• Allowed Mixtape Types:
  We only accept:
  • Blend Mixtapes
  • Remixes
  • Party Mixtapes
  ❌ We do not accept compilation mixtapes containing full-length original artist tracks. This is to avoid copyright violations. All mixtapes will be reviewed prior to approval.

💵 Commission & Payouts

• Commission Rate:
  65/35 split — you keep 65% of each mixtape sale.
• Minimum Payout Threshold:
  $40 — once your total sales surpass this, a payout will be processed.
• Payout Schedule:
  Every 7 days after you pass the $40 threshold.
• Payout Methods:
  • PayPal (please ensure your PayPal email is correct)
  • CashApp (upon request)
• Sale Notifications:
  You will receive an email notification when your mixtape is sold.

📦 Mixtape Submission Guidelines

• How to Send Your Mixtape:
  • ZIP your mixtape files
  • Send via Dropbox or Transfernow.net
  • Dropbox email: mercadojules@gmail.com
• You must also email the following to info@mixtapepsd.com:
  • Front cover (800×800 px, JPG or preferably WebP format)
  • Typed-out tracklist
  • Up to 3-minute snippet (MP3) for preview on your product page
• Free PSD Templates:
  As a new vendor, you receive 2 free PSD templates of your choice.
  (Note: Template editing is not included — editing services are available for an additional fee.)

🧾 Refunds & Cancellation Policy

• Membership Refunds:
  You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing a membership, minus a $12 charge for the free PSD template you receive upon joining.
• Account Cancellation by Vendor:
  If you choose to leave MixtapePSD.com:
  • Your account and all mixtapes will be removed
  • No refunds will be issued after 24 hours

⚠️ Violations & Termination Policy

• If we receive verified complaints about a mixtape (e.g., stolen content or copyright infringement), we will:
  • Investigate the issue
  • Remove the offending mixtape
  • Possibly terminate your account without refund
  • Forfeit all unpaid earnings
  🔥 Example: Uploading a mixtape created by another DJ and claiming it as your own will result in account termination and loss of all sales earnings.
• Mixtape Quality:
  Please ensure:
  • Your mix is clean and properly mastered
  • The preview snippet is clear and represents the content
  • Your cover art meets the 800×800 pixel requirement

By becoming a vendor on MixtapePSD.com, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update this agreement at any time to protect the quality and integrity of the platform.
