🔹 Digital Downloads – No Refunds or Exchanges
All products available on MixtapePSD.com are digital PSD templates delivered through download. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on PSD templates once they have been downloaded, as access to the files cannot be revoked.
🔹 Membership Refunds
We will only issue a refund for memberships if:
- No downloads have been made during the membership period.
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.
If any downloads are detected on your account, the refund request will be denied.
🔹 Refund Review Process
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your account and download activity.
- You will receive a response within a few hours of submission.
