Allowed use
You may create lawful promotional, music, nightlife, brand, social, print, and motion graphics for personal or commercial projects according to your plan.
Rights and likeness
Do not upload or generate content using names, logos, copyrighted material, or personal likenesses unless you have permission or another legal basis.
Prohibited content
Do not use the service for exploitation, harassment, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, illegal goods, hateful content, or content that targets protected groups.
Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, abuse billing systems, scrape the production library, resell standalone assets, or interfere with platform operations.
Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access when usage creates legal, safety, billing, or platform risk.
