Using the service

You may use MixtapePSD AI to create, edit, animate, and export creative projects as long as your use follows these terms and all applicable laws.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for your account activity and payment information. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled through the billing portal or support.

Customer content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You confirm you have the rights needed to upload images, logos, names, likenesses, audio, and project materials.

Exports and assets

Commercial usage is available according to your plan. Production library assets may be used inside exported customer projects, but may not be resold as standalone asset packs.

Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but AI providers, billing systems, and rendering services can occasionally be unavailable or delayed.
