Launch Policy

Digital services and consumable tokens

Because our platform provides immediate access to digital services, AI generation, downloads, and consumable tokens, purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been used.

Subscription Refunds

If no tokens have been used during the current billing period, you may contact [email protected] to request a refund, subject to review. Once AI tokens have been used, downloads have been generated, or digital services have been consumed, purchases are non-refundable.

AI Tokens

AI tokens are consumed when generating artwork, edits, motion videos, or other AI-powered content. Unused tokens do not have cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Billing

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
